Waiting For the Ferry

The Millersburg Ferry is the last ferry in service on the Susquehanna River. It is also the last operating stern paddlewheel in the US. We first rode the Millersburg Ferry on my trip back east to meet Ali's family many years ago. Our last ride had been on a visit back home to give our station wagon to our nephew. Trips across are always a fun time. Today The Falcon was in service while the Roaring Bull was tied off at dock. These images show The Falcon making its way from the western bank to the eastern bank.
