Euclid Creek - 19 June 2007

Euclid Creek is a tame little creek that passes through Cleveland Metroparks. For about 320 days of the year, you can cross it on foot. This evening was not one of those days. Thunderstoms from the afternoon filled the creek and left it raging. I spent part of the evening walking the trail above the creek.

Allardale

Allardale is a park in Medina County Ohio. It has a bit of everything from pleasant woods to wildflowers to streams. This overlook is very near the start of a really creative cache. The images were taken while we were here for a Medina Park geocaching event.

Lost Lake - Memorial Day Weekend 2007

I have no idea what this large pond/small lake is called. It is located in a small PA State Game Lands near Hearts Content and Tanbark Trail. We first came here to find a cache placed a few years prior. It as quiet and serene and a great place to relax. Few cachers visit since the find requires in excess of two miles hiking, but those that do are rewarded. It was a wet, rainy day, but we had a great time.
